Privacy Notice

Effective August 5, 2026.

This notice explains how PLB Concierge collects and uses information when you visit our website, request a Booking Grade, join the Inner Circle, request a call, or use our content and message-sorting tools.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, booking link, preferred contact times, and messages. The Booking Grade also processes the public booking-page URL you provide and stores result data in your browser so you can return to it.

AI tools

Text submitted to the Content Board or Message Triage tool is sent to our AI service provider to generate the requested output. Message Triage does not connect to your social account and does not send replies. Remove confidential, medical, payment, or unnecessary personal information before submitting text, and review generated content before using it.

How we use information

We use submitted information to provide requested results, respond to inquiries, manage calls, send confirmations, maintain subscriber lists, prevent abuse, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Netlify for hosting, functions, AI routing, and database services; Brevo for contact management and transactional email; Anthropic for AI-generated tool output; and Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity only when configured and allowed through your privacy choice. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Analytics choices

Optional analytics do not load until you select “Allow analytics.” You can reopen the choices from any Privacy Choices link. Essential browser storage supports form continuity, saved Booking Grade results, abuse prevention, and your privacy selection.

Text messages

If you expressly opt in, PLB Concierge may send occasional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, customer service, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, and abuse controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the email link provided. Contact info@plbconcierge.com. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.
